Welcome to VespaArt site – i am a classic Vespa enthusiast and wanted to share my collection with you. I grew up with a Vespa in our house from a very early age – although my father had a VW Bug, he preferred his Vespa for inner city access. I loved rides on the Vespa and grew to love Vespa as something that possessed a soul. <\/p>\n
Being of a mechanical mind, I started to tinker with dad’s Vespa at an early age and then apprenticed at a local Vespa repair shop after school – I learnt from a Vespa master trained in Italy and that knowledge has stuck with me. I never have worked as a scooter mechanic but my learnings have stayed with me.<\/p>\n
Over the years I have owned many motorcycles but my love for Vespa continues. <\/p>\n
I lost my dad a few years back and am living some of my fondest memories through my Vespa hobby.<\/p>\n
Here is a clip from my collection – a 1977 Vespa P200 in original condition with only 217 miles ! This unit is a true barn find !<\/p>\n
